Introducing the Humdinger Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin.

So what is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Gin?

In general, gin doesn’t have to sit in barrels as long as whiskey to pick up flavors from the wood. What is fascinating, is that our barrels originate from Barton 1792 Distillery – Bardstown, Kentucky, USA - a lot of history before we even start the aging process.

This Limited Release Humdinger Gin is made by aging a blend of our award-winning Dry and Citrus Gin in one of these aforementioned Bourbon barrels for 3 months. Before bottling and presenting to you.

Once opened you will be delighted with the citrus and oak aromas just bursting out of the bottle to greet you, followed closely by a hint of bourbon just brushing your senses.

When tasting, candied citrus opens this gin, followed by a spicy oak body and a long complex finish. The base gin is a blend of our highly sought-after Humdinger Dry and Citrus gins.

For your sipping pleasure, we recommend experiencing the full exemplary flavour by drinking it neat over ice or with a splash of H20. Or paired with East Imperial Thai Ginger Ale.
